Community Leadership Program

The Corporate Community Leadership Program allows companies to sponsor employees' membership in Giving Sum and thus support important community initiatives. This tax-deductible program provides companies great exposure and demonstrates a commitment to helping groom their employees into tomorrow's leaders.

The employees you sponsor will benefit from:

  • Leadership Development
  • Professional and Social Networking
  • Exposure to Philanthropic Leaders
  • Involvement in Bettering the Community

As a sponsor, you will receive tremendous exposure through our network of members and supporters. This includes recognition at official events, inclusion in marketing materials and the opportunity to market to our audience. Most importantly, companies benefit greatly from the goodwill they generate internally by supporting the professional and social development of their young and emerging employees.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Giving Sum Day of Impact

This is an amazing day organized by Giving Sum members to get into the community and provide a day of service. We mobilize our members and partner with other community organizations to put 100+ volunteers to work. The 2010 Day of Impact will feature Giving Sum and Indy Hub supporting the Indianapolis Super Bowl Legacy Project on the near-east side.

Giving Sum will host its first annual community karaoke challenge called Singing Sum. Twenty five teams/individuals will compete for a grand prize of $5,000 to be donated to the charity of their choice. The 200+ attendees will serve as judges and narrow the field to 5. Videos of the five finalists will be posted on givingsum.org and the general public will be allowed to vote for the winner.

As a sponsor of Singing Sum you will not only support Giving Sum in moving forward, but you will receive exposure during the event, promotional opportunities and tickets to the event.

Giving Sum hosts an annual microbrew festival each October at the Biergarten. The event attracts approximately 300 attendees each year and features live music and sampling of more than 50 microbrews.

As a sponsor of Ale Yeah! you will not only support Giving Sum in moving forward, but you will receive exposure during the event, promotional opportunities, media opportunities and tickets to the event.

Celebraion_Logo

Celebra+ion, Giving Sum's annual banquet, is an amazing evening where members, partners and constituents gather to celebrate the incredible work being done by our members. The event also serves as the official announcement of our annual grant recipient and the unveiling of our yearly goals and initiatives.

Each year we invite keynote speakers to address our members about the importance of giving and making a difference in the community. Our speakers have included: Mark Miles, Jeff Smulyan and Tarik Glenn.

As a title sponsor of Celebra+ion you will not only support Giving Sum in moving forward, but you will also be a part of a new recognition program. Giving Sum will recognize one member for their superior service to Giving Sum and the community. Along with the recognition, they will receive $1,000 that will go towards a non profit organization of their choice. This award will be named after the title sponsor.
